Privacy policy

What we collect

• Catering form: the name, phone, email, date, headcount, occasion and notes you send us. We use them only to reply about your event.
• Analytics: we use Google Tag Manager with Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads to understand which pages lead to orders and calls. These tools may set cookies and collect your IP address and device information.
• Online ordering and rewards: handled by Toast on toasttab.com under Toast's privacy policy.

How we use it

To answer catering requests, run the restaurant and measure our advertising. We don't sell your information.

Your choices

You can block cookies in your browser and opt out of Google's ad personalization at adssettings.google.com. To ask what we hold about you or have it deleted, email eastside@yescafe.us or call (786) 953-5569.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Form submissions are processed by Cloudflare and forwarded to us by email; we don't run a database.

Email

Catering requests are delivered to us by email through Resend, an email delivery service, and kept in our inbox only as long as needed to handle your event. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Rewards and gift cards

YES! Rewards and e-gift cards are run by Toast. When you sign up with your phone number, Toast processes it under its own terms and privacy statement. We see your rewards activity only as needed to apply it to your order.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of any communication by writing to eastside@yescafe.us. We answer within 30 days. Residents of states with privacy laws (including Florida and California) have the same rights and can use the same address.

Changes

If this policy changes we update the effective date at the top of this page.
